Port Canaveral is in Central Florida, roughly 20 miles north of Palm Beach and 40 miles east of Orlando. The port is a departure point for cruise ships traveling to the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico. Carnival, Disney, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian all operate ships from the port. Those looking to fly into the Port Canaveral area have four commercial airport options with a 75-mile radius.
